Clara Aitch, fragrance obsessor founded Claraty Candles in 2017. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Clara has always had a deep love for candles. With the intent of making candles as a hobby for personal use, Clara purchased a candle kit from a local craft store. Immediately a chandler love began, and all of her free time was spent studying the art of candle making. Friends and family members began calling to order candles after receiving them as gifts, and by 2018 Claraty Candles became a full online candle boutique. 

Clara is married with two daughters and one granddaughter. The entire family contributes to the success of Claraty Candles.
